What is the most realistic fishing game?

I ask because I am far from a pro so I was looking for some advice

I own Fisher Online, Russian Fishing 4, Fishing Planet, and Ultimate Fishing Simulator because I heard they were the most realistic, but I don't know

Also, does the Premium versions of any of these games make a difference in the ratings/realism?

In RF4 you can only crank a 50kg catfish by firmly clamping the mouse button. Impossible in the RL. You can catch 50 fish with strawberry boilies and not a single one on fruit. Similarly, the artificial bait of which 2 catches and the rest nothing. Catch the fish with the brake locked and run back. UL Rods with 84kg line that won't break when held down.
RF4 is all but not realistic.
But all in all, it looks the most realistic.
Especially for players who have never really fished.

RF4 is exactly like my fishing trips irl - cant get anything lmao, so I guess RF4 is indeed realistic :D

If you get frustrated in real life when you fish, you will love RF4. If you love to start a game and then discover the money trap, you will love RF4. If you like to spend much of your time doing things other than fishing, you will love RF4. Out of all the fishing games I have played, RF4 was the most unenjoyable.

You'd think they'd all be pretty similar but they aren't. I don't know about Ultimate FS but I've played the other 3 a lot. Here's some quick judgements:
Fishing Planet- can be a lot of fun but the weak point is it's a recipe game-- go to X spot at X time with X lure and you will succeed.
Thefisher Online- made by a developer that cares about the game. He adds content frequently, fixes bugs super fast and it's not a pay to win game. There are lots of gear options and some irl fishing knowledge helps but it's fine if otherwise. The overall feel of the game is less realistic- a little more arcade-y than RF4 and probably FP too. It's by far the most relaxing to play.
RF4... is a great game if you like pain. The developer goes above and beyond to prevent players from progressing. Gear cost is astronomical, earnings for the fish you catch are low and consistently go lower, gear wear and tear is fast and the repair cost is astronomical. Bugs galore and the dev doesn't fix them for years, in some cases. New content comes out at a glacial pace and when it does it will be full of bugs. On the positive side it's probably the best looking and definitely has the most realistic feel between the player [fishing rod] and fish. Having irl fishing knowledge actually helps a lot and that's a big draw. But... pain.

I went to poland and try to get nice trout , first of all: for 1 hour in real life, I was able to catch only 2 trouts and all the rest was all crappies new fishes he put inside the water plan so now if you get have some trout there it`s big miracle and start to make me sick this game is getting better after 2 years . so now it`s take all your little change to catch some good fishes and try to target one fish but can `t do at all ,always crappies little fishes get on your lure . So for that ,your game turn me off and stop playing period. and for it `s a shame to produce a non sense game why call that fisher online it`s should be call : waiting stand online cause at the end is no good action in that game ,just more boring to play it way to go dev.

Rf4 is not really realistic.

Where you can only catch a fish on certain baits. Where you can first drink 500 bottles of beer. Or constantly digging. Or or or ....... Rf4 is kidding on the players. But many are into spending money. So that you have the opportunity to catch a carp over 25kg ..

The most realistic Fishing game is called "outside". Everything else is just a game. And it is near impossible to code a game like RL when it comes to fishing.

Beside that, if I have to choose, RF4 seems to be the most realistic game.
Why? Because you can go to a spot, than wait a couple RL hours and do not catch a fish. No other game simulates this part of RL fishing better than RF4.

I do not like this "you have to choose". Both games have featueres I would like to see in the other game too.

This is highly subjective and causes tension among the community of fishing game Anglers in general. IMO there really is no definite game that’s “The Best” out there. All of the main big fishing games right now are good but just in different ways. Some appeal to a different player base. My advice? Just try them all for a bit, see which one suits you and which one you like best. There all different as I said previously it’s really all based on the opinion of the player.

why you gave me your site I`m not here to fish and pass a full day irl and just get 10 trouts and get 60 stupid craps fishes like dace on a big lure and that fish is only 25 gr

I've not played RF4, so for me of the other 3 in terms of realism it would be;

Fisher Online > Fishing Planet > then way way down in terms of realism > UFS

UFS is much more of an arcade game then an actual simulator when compared with the others here. Not that, that's a bad thing mind you, but if you're specifically looking for realism, then it's not going to be the one.
