Guidance on gear upgrades?

A couple of quick questions re equipment.

1. Rods:
At the moment, my max feeder, float and spinning rods are 66lb and I need to upgrade to deal more effectively with some of the fish I'm catching.

Is there a consolidated list anywhere of all of the gear that is available?
With the available gear varying so much between locations I am not sure what to get next - because the prices jump so sharply I don't want to get a rod only to find that the next lake I travel to has a better option (I'm currently lvl 31).

For feeder rods, from what I can see looks like the 88lb salamo carp would be the best next step (77lb seems like too small a jump for the huge price hike) - is that the best option or are there others I should be looking at?

For float looks like the 88lb bombard is the only option? For spinning, looks like there is much more choice - so any advice on the options there hugely appreciated.

2. Lines:
Does anyone have any views (and locations) on the best line to purchase at various strengths? Haven't had a chance to run round all the places to compare, but again it does look as though there are a number of options that seem to vary in thickness so presumably make quite a difference.

Any other insights into gear options at the higher levels or for effective trophy hunting hugely appreciated
