Rod (lvls)

So does this game has a list or something that shows what you improve when you lvl up your rods?

The casting is more precise (very useful for attractants & feeders).
The distance of cast is higher.
The control is easier - you raise your fishing rod up faster (with RMB) thus its easier to fight with big fish using RMB to raise & lower your rod and then to wind up the line

There is a list of the level names, but not of the exact improvements.

As Woolf wrote it, rod masteries increases cast range, cast accuray, the speed with which you can raise the rod and other things.

where do i find this list? in game i never see a lvl called casting or something just adjustment,training,amateur and so on

There is no lvl called casting. I mean that the higher your level is with your rod (top are master and master+ - a master with star), the more precise is your casting (trowing) meaning you'll be throwing in the same place with very little error
