Beef with the Grunts
I´ve got this quest, but i have no idea how or where to get the seared ifrit beef, anyone stumbled with this item already? Plz help me.

This is a commodity item that you can purchase from Cities. I don't recall exactly where they are located though. Try Misty Village or Frost Valley.
