Before i buy this game on steam or on my oculus quest 2.
is there any difference between the steam version and the oculus one?

Main feature differences:
* Hand tracking features are only available on Quest standalone
* CO-OP mode is available on the Steam version

However if you use Meta Quest Link you can also you use PC with CO-OP and/or use Quest standalone version of Waltz (It's a crossbuy on the Meta store)

Meta link is that cable right? already have that :D so do i buy it on steam or meta if you want to do what you recommended ?

Yes use the Link cable for best visuals and performance, but you can also use no-cable option AirLink if you have good wifi. The Meta store version is probably the better choice in your case :)
