So i solved the riddles, but what do the rewards, do?

Turn the paper under the skull around, then look under the chess board

( SPOILER ) To use the rewards, wave the wand, a projectile will be cast, move this projectile by aiming it with your wand. The purple wand makes projectiles that explodes things, the yellow wand makes projectiles that make objects fly, Pick up the book with a hearing device in your ear to hear a secret about skull man's true name. You can also put the helmets and hats on your head!

ok where is the pillar thing? i tried the ones in the room and the ones in the dungeon area but i cant find it.

It's the back of the pillar to the left of the window.

face the window, then look at the pillar behind you, itll be on that side.

You can also put the hats on the skull, all at once even

I do have a question, what is the last step with the skull, it makes a sound, nothing appears, and I only got the key by slamming it around the desk, what was the real last step?

The step was to shake the key out of the skull's mouth. The clue to that step was inside the crystal skull.
