The Note says that there is a Woman two seats on the Left.. but for me jacob is not a Name for Woman

You need to break the Tips jar and start from there. The puzzle didn't make much sense to me anyway, I don't understand why you have to follow all the seats instead of just the positions mentioned in the document.

@Dev can you please explain, why the gender according to the seating plan does not match the discription on the note? Edith is not a man with a fake beard, Jacob is obviously not the woman from his own show and the front seats are not even taken
I like the way that these puzzles are not easy to solve and we had a lot of fun doing so, but we got stuck on this big time, cause we didn't trust our conclusions, since the gender didn't match.
