Would be real helpfull if you could replicate this with an image
anyway qui pendouille means either "who flaps" or "who dangles" (i'm going to assume it's the first one). Bo could refer to a name or maybe it's a part of a puzzle that doesn't exist in the demo.

Hell, "bo" doesn't mean anything in french. It's a japanese weapon, a stick basically, and that's it.
