Only minor adaptations would need to be made like having transformation cards added text for what they turn to and stuff and provide merchandise/sets with cute things like bone tokens or Mox indicators.
Rules for 1v1 would also need be written and small adjustments like Ouroboros or loops.
But we dont need to worry about that ourselves! Just give us card game!
Signed.
Now, the potential for them to make a deck builder board game out of this is quite high if they have the inclination. The core is there, they'd just need to polish up the rules for a non-video game setup where the story is meant to carry some of the weight.
So I have to ask. Which card set do you envision for the card game? Act 1, 2, or 3? They are all different ways of playing.
I'd be on board for whatever so long as it's not a TCG booster pack situation. Not wasting money on that. Just want a standalone full deck like Star Realms or any MTG prebuilt. If they have $$ in their eyes I'm guessing we'll see the former.
