(Spoiler if you haven't come to act 2!) You can farm Ouroboros against the armor stand in floor 2 or 3, I'm not sure, of Magnificus tower. There is a card on Grimora's side that allows you to duplicate cards when they die/get sacrificed and you can then use it to farm cards to place Ouroboros and Ouroboros cards themselves.
You then need to optimize the rest of the deck to be able to spawn as much times as possible the Ouroboros, you can add over one hundred damages this way until you run out of cards and need to restart the fight. If you have achievements remaining for what happens next on the story (can't see them all on your profile), this op Ouroboros can help a lot. Especially against the hunter achievement in Biotopia
I've finished the game just doing achievements for the game now. Ty for spoiler warning if anybody else sees this though.
Anything you can buff to deal 666+ damage works, so ouroboros, bone heap, or stim mage make great candidates. Ouroboros most understand the mechanics of, it gets stronger every time it dies and unlike other cards it maintains that buff throughout the game. Bone heap can be buffed via bones so as long as you can generate bones you can buff it as much as you want (and theres a lot of strategies to mass generate bones). A bone based deck or tricks like the bone lords horn can go a long way with this. Then you got stim mage who gets buffed via energy but you can also put it on a completed circuit with an energy conduit so it never runs out of the energy used to buff it and boom, whatever damage you want. All of them will require a decent amount of clicks, but i found it easier to just spam buff stim mage over doing the unkillable black goat + ouroboros murder loop back in act 1. Absolute fastest way to do it, unsurprisingly, is to cheat. There's also the option of just altering the value for what ouroboros is currently at. Not recommending it, just stating that it would be the fastest possible method.
