Achievements Not Unlocking

Hi, so I 100%ed Kaycee's Mod before the most recent update. I figured starting a game would get me the achievements I'd already met the conditions for, and while that was true for most of them I'm still missing the "Dubious Challenge" and "Taunting Challenge" achievements. There are also three hidden achievements left, but idk what they are so I don't know if they're also something I've already done. I'm gonna finish a run with the recent final challenge again (trying to avoid spoiling for people), see if that helps with this any, but advice would be appreciated.

EDIT: Finished the run, no achievement unlocks.

EDIT 2: As of the latest update, I've had no issues!

Yeah I was wondering this too. Saw so many locked achieves that I've already completed and was all "hmm..."

As soon as I started most of them unlocked, the Dubious Challenge didn't, and I still have 4 hidden that are locked. I'm guessing one of them is defeating the Lemoncello, which I did and nothing popped for it. I'm guessing there are still some bugs to work out

idk if this will be of help to anyone but ive unlocked three of the hidden achievments just by starting and the others are still locked so its probably bugged or something cause of it being a new release

but I have also completed nearly every challenge before this recent patch came out the only one im missing is the last challenge to unlock

I had cleared every challenge last month, upon starting a run today I got the level 12 achievement, but all other challenge level achievements like level 1 & level 8 are still locked. hopefully this can be fixed in a future patch to unlock for me, as I don't wish to clear my data & restart from scratch to get those...
Also I beat the new Pirate Boss but nothing unlocked for having defeated him.

I unlocked a bunch on starting a new run. Then I beat Challenge level 12 for the first time.

The achievement for Challenge level 1 unlocked. XD Challenge level 12 achievement still locked. Beta is beta I suppose.

Achievements for Challenges 1, 4 and 8 have also not unlocked for me despite being up to challenge 13. To double check, I just did a 120 point run ending with the Challenge 13 boss and didn't unlock anything there either.

Can't recall if it was 130 (currently what I need to see "Lvl Reqs Met") or 135 but it was including the final boss challenge and all I got were the teeth and misplay achievements.
Later played with exactly 10 and had nothing to show for it.

Mine is not working either, Basically All Challenge-level-related achievements never pop up.

For Hidden Achievement I Unlocked 4 of them, which are:
Defeating Leshy without Destroying the Moon in KM (By Bleaching the Moon+using flying cards)
Pull 32 teeth in KM
Make 10 Misplays in a KM run
Unlock All 3 painting items (The magical bleach, the wise-clock and the magpie glass)

I doubt if the remaining 2 will be finishing all challenges and finishing a game with all starting decks. Because I have done all that but nothing pops up yet.

Yeah right now I've completed Challenge 11, but only have the achievements for challenges 1 and 4, completely skipping 8.

I just got all 4 of them, seems to be a problem with having level 13 instead of the intended level 12 (had to set to it to level 12 in the save file 4 times in order to get all of them)

Only one I am missing now is the all challenges achievement, which is bugged in the same way as these 4.

well for me. level 1 and level 4 are locked, but the other "level related achievos" + the "use all challenges" are unlocked (and in fact unlocked on startup for me). did another run with 40 challenge points to try and emulate "level 4 unlocked", but did not trigger.
