How do you install kaycees mod?

I tried using the beta code but it doesn't work and the official mod isn't on thunderstore.

It isn't a mod. It's part of the base game. That's why you don't see an 'official mod'.

Kaycee's Mod unlocks when you beat Inscryption for the first time. It can also be accessed via a cheat code: Shift+K+M on the Start Menu screen.
