game stuck in loading screen (logo) on Linux
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 Linux 6.5.0-14-generic
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super

The game starts and stays on the screen with a logo and music. There is no other error indicator. In its current state the Linux version is not playable.

Was this ever fixed? I just bought the game and I am having the same issue. If I can't run it, then I'll have to request a refund. Note: I am trying to run it on the Steam Deck and although it is not "Verified", it is currently at the time of this post, labeled as "Playable".

I got it working. A Reddit user suggested verifying the files to ensure the game installed correctly.... duh!!!

The game's playable just fine. Did you switch the compatibility tool to Linux native runtime? On my system it runs without any further pre-launch commands

EDIT: OS is Arch, GPU is AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
