Game Seems Frozen on Opening Screen

Hi Everyone,
I absolutely love this game and was really enjoying Kaycee's Mod. I made it about halfway though KM, and then my game seems to have broken. Now every time I start the game it's frozen on the main menu, and it looks... glitchy. Black boxes keep popping up all over the screen, and I can't press any buttons, activate or deactivate KM, or take any action at all.

It sort of looks on-brand for maybe a potential feature in the game, except that I can't do anything. I don't know if it's an actual corrupted save or I just accidentally did something weird. But I haven't been able to play the game for over a year and it's really sad. :(

I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but no dice. I really don't want to delete all the game data since it took me a long time to progress this far in Kaycee's Mod.

Played only an hour of the game, crashed. When i restarted i'm having the same exact issue. Post if i figure it out.

FIXED IT!!!! Apparently its some issue with steam cloud save that corrupts your save file or something of the like. Had to disable cloud save, delete the save within the game files, then finally view integrity of the game files to restore said save. Sent a support ticket upwards till they fix this or possible whatever issue actually corrupted the save.
