lonely wizard easter egg?

i remember encountering a lonely wizard interaction in the forest area of act three, where the lonely wizard says something along the lines of "i will live, die and fight but i will never return to that wizard" or something to the effect of that, anybody else see this?

oh, you noticed it too? i didn't know that the lonely wizard ( sensory deprived follower ) felt that way either. i did almost miss it, i hadn't though he was saying anything importent. but i guess will never know what he meant by it.
