pelt lice ijraq bug/oversight?

doing on run on kcm and then came across the trader and the golden pelts had 2 pelt lice cards, but both of them looked exactly the same with no red eyes, and I ended up picking the stupid demon thing instead of the pelty boy, quite irritating

Some cards don't have proper segments that glow when affected by applied sigils or in this case, the ijiraq, and I believe the Pelt Lice is one of those cards that doesn't have glowing bits. The other tell is that the one that's the ijiraq has a ? at the end of its name, so there would have been a 'Pelt Lice' and 'Pelt Lice?'
