[Kaycee Mod] Bottom of the Clock Puzzle/ Another Key for the cabinet?

Is there a time to solve and open the doors on the bottom of the clock? Or is it blank/void?

Also can the giant cabinet not be opened in the mod?

as you may have guessed, the goal of the mod is to NOT advence the story ...
so, seeing it this way, do you think it's normal to no be able to open it ?

well, they have surly made update since laste time I played the mod, but last time the painting was not usable

Per participating in Beta of the KCMod, there's no mention or patch notes or any discovery of the bottom of the Clock, it's very unlikely to be able to open.
Which is also lore friendly, since Kaycee never get to remove her eyes or meet the Stunned Wolf.
