Unless you've finished the game there is no way to change Act, and doing so would also make you lose progress in whatever Act you are currently in. Through and through a linear experience.
Just a few of the achievements I wanted to try. Missed a few cards, didn't get to see everything, etc. Plus, I really liked that version of the game and want to play more of it.
If you want to start back at act 1 you should either complete the game first and choose the first option at the chapter select screen (tutorial part, basically acts as a reset), or completely reset the save (a real reset, in the options menu).
*But yes that's not has easy as if there was a built-in save slot system tho
