Unlocking items help

Hello,

I'm completed all 12 challenge levels and finished over 20 runs; I still haven't unlocked the paintbrush, clock, or any other new items I'm unaware of.

I started playing during the beta. Is there some condition I need to complete to get the new items? I'd like to platinum and 2 achievements require getting the new items.

I've unlocked the upper part of the clock by putting in the same time you did in act 1 to get the ring, but have yet to find out the lower part if it's possible

You bet. I'm surprised you got through it without the extra item options. Clock helps a lot vs. bears and the other two can help on it too.

Quit, and Re-enter at the beginning of each maps to reconstruct the entire map structure and usually, the first card draw step. However, I seriously suspect they've changed the chances you can get those cards you need. I did 30-40ish Restarts and failed to get a Crow or a King Fisher (2 separate runs), only to get them at the last map, both through Cave challenges.
