Potential bug? Cannot refuse mycologist
This is something I observed while playing the new Kaycee's mod, when I hit a mycologist, I am forced to fuse creatures no matter what. Is this the normal behavior? I had a OP card painted (duplicated) by the jar, and now it's forcing me to merge it back into 1 :(

If you hit the myco node with no duplicates, you'll be given a card that matches one of your existing cards (no idea whether it's purely random or it sticks to a basic card from your deck); that's the only way to "skip" a myco node.

However, if you have 2 of the same pelt and don't want to combine creatures (either because you'd be deleting a good card in the process, or you're waiting to put a sigil on one of your duplicates to build a ridiculous multi-sigil card), then combining the pelts isn't a bad option -- when you go to trade that combined pelt you'll get a combined card, which can be surprisingly good with rabbit pelts since you'll have a basic card with doubled health and attack + its "natural" sigils so you can easily add another to it.
