Solved - Stuck at the end of act 3

I have beaten all bosses in Botopia and the robot scrybe told me to go check the backroom again. There I finished the last captcha puzzle which is simply confiming that "I am not a robot". After that the screen goes white in some sort of screen transition and then becomes black. And stays that way. Forever.
I have already looked up online on how this is supposed to look and a cutscene involing the other scrybes is supposed to play out.

-I have already: *restarted the game several times.
*verified the game files over steam
*launched it as administrator
*deinstalled and reinstalled it

At this point I am not sure what to do anymore. It might have something to do with the order I did the bosses in? I did archivist first, camera second, unfinished boss third and golly last. From watching a playthrough beating golly triggers this specific sequence but at the same time an ending sequence is supposed to trigger upon beating all bosses. Maybe something got messed up there? But I am grasping at straws I do not know programming or games at all.

you can turn using a and d on the keyboard. They are right behind you when you enter the room just turn around
