At the first stage I continuely win twice, please add some new branch for people like me to progress the game, not forcing us to suicide

You can progress the game, but not by solely winning the card game. Your opponent invites you to get up and look around but not touch his stuff. This is an invitation to touch all his stuff, you need to in order to actually progress.

Actually there is already a branch for winning people. You get some reward. Congrats.

The game is not even about winning.

They eye will never spawn in the chest if you never die

You don't actually need the eye either. Replay enough times you end up with a fever dream type of thing that provides the same vital info whenever you restart. (I may or may not be replaying act 1 excessively since beating the game, I'm gonna figure out that dang door...eventually)

You can’t open the clock without they eye. It will not open unless you have the eye. Also that dream only shows up if you keep dying not if you win. So even IF you could open the clock with just the dream and I am wrong about it, you would still have to die to open the clock.

I had like 3 knife dreams after completing every single puzzle except painting crutches and one that involved me dying for that eye.
