Rest well, Leshy. You earned it.
It tugged at my heartstrings.
Playing my favourite card, and seeing him respond with: "I remember that one. You did well."
Broke me.
The score did not matter. All that mattered was sharing an experience.
... i tried to replace him in act 2. i thought he was evil, i thought he was going too far and had to go down...
... then that final bit. He greeted me like an old friend. And after the slog of act 2, and the drama of act 3... i agreed with him there. He may have been the villain in my mind, but he was a damn good one. i'm gunna miss that guy.
...and now that I'm replaying act 1, the stoat dies horribly at every available opportunity.
It just felt too wrong at that point...
The only problem was locking the other Scrybes into cards to be used with sacrifice mechanics, especially PO3 who was put into a useless card and sacrificed again and again. But Leshy owns up to that mistake, and remember that the Old Data is influencing his behavior as well. Leshy is a good guy and I chose him to dethrone in act 2 because I wanted a turn running his game.
... if the tradition mentionned anything about card games xD RIP old goat, at least you died doing your favourite thing.
