Agonizing Remorse?

Has anyone worked out how to trigger this? The completion text says "Don't empty the recycling bin". I thought it was something to do with the hard-drive boss so I let it destroy a file.

Amusingly he didn't delete the file but instead created a text file with the text-
"At least... I tried to delete it. But it seems my powers of FILE ACCESS do not extend that far.
Play by the rules you agreed to. Delete it yourself.
Have an ounce of respect for the rules. Come on."

The file created has both an extension of .zip hidden behind the .txt, i might try playing around with it to see if it's a valid zip file.

I just got it.
Once you put a file into the card during the second phase, place it on the board and get it destroyed or destroy it yourself with the hammer. Then alt-tab out of the game and delete the file by yourself (hey, that's what the instruction in the .txt file are, right? ;) ). It's fine if it just sits in the recycle bin.
After the boss is done, you'll get the achievement :)
