Yes, there's an undead card in the basement there. You have to get both Broken Obel cards and play them next to each other in a game (I recommend the training dummy). An animation will play that fuses the Obels together into one complete Ancient Obel item, which you give to the tomb guy.
You have to deal 666 damage or more in one round in Chapter 2. It's annoying and grindy, but it's easy with the Training Dummy. Just get Ouroboros, the Pharoh's Pets (I think that's the name. It's the bone card that can be infinitely sacrificed for 3 blood), the Necromancer and enough cheap creatures to play the bone cards. Then you play the Necromancer and Pets, then play Ouroboros and kill it with the hammer. (IMPORTANT: Make sure the Pets are across from the "no attacking" card the Dummy has, so the other 3 slots are open for attackers.) The Necromancer will trigger Ouroboros twice, so you now have two Ouroboros in your hand. Repeat for a third, then kill the Necromancer. Now keep playing Ouroboros using the Pets, then killing him until you his stats reach 222 or higher, then summon all 3 Ouroboros and attack for 666 total damage.
It's tedious and annoying, but this is easy and works. Plus, you now have an absolute god Ouroboros to use for the rest of the game. It honestly makes Chapter 3 a joke if/when you find where he's hidden.
