The menu teaches you how placing cards work with mouse button, while the moving camera teaches you about it when it shows corresponding keyboard buttons shown on screen.
How the controls are supposed to be: WASD to move in a 3d space. Mouse to click on stuff. This isn't revolutionary. This is 99% of games.
So because they used the standard of WASD to move in 3d space that has been around for as long as you've been playing games you're not to going to buy?
I've been playing just as long as you and I found the controls to be fairly intuitive and obvious. I feel like you're punishing yourself for not paying attention...
I'm not bashing on the concept, the art, or the actual cardplay. But I simply can't get over the controls.
Going from the table to your deck is as simple as using the the directionals to go up... and then down. You'll get used to it, especially if you've been gaming for 35 years.
I really wouldn't let such a simple thing, that you can absolutely become accustomed to, prevent you from playing something that seems really special.
I can't figure out who to sit down after getting the candlestick either. I found this post in search and came here expecting a helping hand from a fellow gamer but I didn't find anything of the sort.
As I am sure @Mileena has, I have been paying attention as I played the game. I know how to use WASD and the middle mouse wheel. I know hot to left mouse clock and place, etc. and I was just looking for a straight answer to a simple question, but the people here treat it like it was a mystery that has to be earned by trial and error.
Well, I have better ways to spend my day, so unfortunately, though this game might have great potential, I will let it pass in favor of something that I find fun instead.
I feel at this point if you can't figure out how to sit down from context clues this game might not be for you.
