It was 4GB previously and I still played it on a 1050. If you care about shiny graphics, it matters. If not, it doesn't.

what about your part? bugs broken systems, bs story, no roleplay elements, no interaction with single thing in the world, no replayability, not good gunplay, no fun... make half of your promise from the beginning maybe we can think about the upgrades, how about that?!
No it won't. Entirely depends on your Monitor. 4k dollars is, roughly, the max. But you can, easily, build a high end pc for half of that. The rest you are just paying for either the label or labour costs if you buy it the pc whole. Always cheaper, far cheaper, to build it yourself.
