It was 4GB previously and I still played it on a 1050. If you care about shiny graphics, it matters. If not, it doesn't.

So delving deeper, a lot of these specs are on the assumption you are using an upscaler. Which they consider the norm for higher res gaming. So for those not using an upscaler the specs are actually lower. To which CDPR will be amending the list SoonTM apparently.

Well, could you please work a little on a better optimization in terms of gpus before the release date? I will not have a problem to play this seemingly good dlc with my current config, but I notice that very beautiful games like Ghostwire Tokyo can be played at 70 fps and ray tracing on 1080p (ryzen 5 3600, 3060 rtx 12 gb).

CPU requirements are nuts. Ryzen 7 7800 doesn't even exist. DDR5 motherboards and RAM are still too expensive. Xbox Series X is way below recommended settings in CPU power WTF

This is PC requirements, not console requirements so why are you comparing the XBox???

Kind of disappointed, because I had to work my ass off in order to finance myself my 2080 Ti and it can barely run the game properly, since even with medium to high graphics and rt turned off it runs at like 40-50 fps most of the time which just shows how incredibly unoptimized the game is STILL to this day, my 5800X3D cpu has never been used more than 50% in any game, so am I supposed to just magically have 2k bucks appear in my wallet just so I can upgrade my GPU and then another who knows how much in order to pay for the NvME, new mobo and CPU??? Now that's what I call a bad joke

No it won't. Entirely depends on your Monitor. 4k dollars is, roughly, the max. But you can, easily, build a high end pc for half of that. The rest you are just paying for either the label or labour costs if you buy it the pc whole. Always cheaper, far cheaper, to build it yourself.
