No RAM recovery?
My RAM suddenly stopped recovering after a fight, so I only had two available (should have had 25 or 26), with the rest of the bar showing red. I eventually realized the game had also decided that I only had 7 RAM in total (the bar didn't reflect that, though).
Saving and reloading fixed it, but I'm wondering if this is a known bug. I know some of the tier 5 quickhacks are supposed to be bugged, but I don't know if they cause this particular bug (I'm only using one tier 5 too, Overheat). Or maybe some cyberware related to RAM is bugged?

It would be rather inconvenient to have it happen in the middle of a fight.

I had this bug during one of the Panam missions, on that gas station out in the desert. Not sure if the quest or location was relevant, to be honest, but it only happened there, luckily.

Not only did the RAM not recover, but it sometimes started draining very quickly after I had used a quickhack, like Ping. I had to keep quicksaving and -loading to solve it. When the mission was done it didn't happen again *knocks on wood*

During that mission, I had recently gotten one of the Ultimate quickhacks, and tried that a few times there, so that may also have been relevant. I think it was Suicide or Cyberpsychosis, but I can't remember exactly now. Never used any of them again.

I've started a new game now, so it will be interesting to see if it happens again out there.

I had some weird thing going on aside from the RAM, like some perk or cyberware got triggered automatically at intervals. Maybe Deadeye or something (but then it was either only for half a second at a time or it was without the slow from Focus. And it happened without a weapon drawn). I couldn't tell what it was, there was just a sound effect and a short screen shake/hitch, like when you activate something.

I could still use Overclock, but of course, I was missing quite a lot of base RAM.

I'd upgraded some cyberware in Dogtown not too long before it happened, but just to tier 5++. I didn't have the capacity for the fancier ones, so my loadout wasn't really much different from what it'd been for a long time, just slightly higher tier. And I'd done quite a few scanner hustles and gigs without problems too before the bug happened.
My quickhacks were the same as they'd been for quite a while too, no Ultimates (and most were only tier 2 or 3, because the netrunner vendors don't seem very eager to stock tier 4 and 5 crafting recipes in this game).

hm. I hope it's just a very rare glitch.

yeah. I have had some odd things happen out there. Like not being able to jump at all for half the mission and such. Don't think I've had any weirdness with quickhacks or RAM, though.

Thanks.

I just ran into this, during Panam. Google brought me here. Save, load. Boom, ram. glorious ram!
