Issues with Intel Xe Super Sampling
Two days ago my game crashed. The sampling was working fine before then, but the next time I loaded up my saves, all of them had this wild artifacting that only goes away on a different scaling preset.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Not really, but you can update XeSS manually to 2.0 (really easy to get) or even better, install DLSS Enabler and combine XeSS 2.0 + FSR3.1 frame generation.
