Large swaths of buildings and floors not loading?

I think the 2.0 patch is pretty dang neat. But, as usual, there's suddenly a bunch of immersion breaking issues that have suddenly appeared. Specifically there is suddenly an issue with large portions of buildings and flooring just not loading. It's very ugly and definitely takes you out of the game.

Any ideas on why this is suddenly happening and if there's a way to fix it?

I had terrible LOD issues and large buildings not loading at all, sometimes even falling through the map. Even when installed on 7Gb/s M.2. After hours of debugging, I found what my issue was.

It was this "Eye Adaptation Auto Exposure" mod that I had forgot about. It caused mad map loading and LOD issues on 2.0.1, especially in Japantown.
