First Equip animation with XBox controller not working

Is it just me, or is anyone else unable to trigger the first equip animation for weapons by holding down the "B" button as noted in the 2.0 patch notes? I can trigger the animation by double-tapping the ALT key on my keyboard, but I haven't been able to trigger it using a controller at all. I have tested both wired and wireless controllers, and have checked for any settings that may be related, but haven't figured it out.
