Can't get Full Disclosure to pop?

So according to the wiki, the only quest you need to do, to trigger Full Disclosure from Sandra Dorsett, is Double Life. I've done Double Life, many many hours ago, but Sandra isn't calling me. Anyone know what actually triggers it?

*bumping for help* Seriously anyone know what the problem is? I'm almost max level and have long since finished the quest the wiki says I need to have completed to unlock Full Disclosure. Anyone have a clue? Is it gated behind moving the overall main plot to a certain point? Like Post-Parade for example?

I've been wondering this as well. River's mission hasn't started either. I'm almost completely done with doing everything. I didn't haven't any issue with it triggering the last time I played the game.

Ok this one I can speak to. You have to have done the Peralez related mission to unlock River's mission, as it dovetails off it. You don't have to do Dream On, but you DO have to have done that first mission they give you where they ask you to look into the Mayor's death, as that's where River is introduced. If you haven't done that one, then that should unlock it. If you have done that one, and it's still unavailable.....then I have no clue, because I've already done that one and am now on the "hey come have barbecue with my family" mission of his.

^Thanks, that's what it was. The Peralez mission is one of the last ones I haven't done yet. I couldn't remember what caused it to show up last time.

^I just got the mission to show up. I did 13 of Regina's normal gigs and I just got a text. I did all of her cyberpsycho missions as well, though I don't know if that matters.

Yeah sorry, I actually posted this question in 2 forums here, because I wasn't getting an answer. I was able to figure it out from advice in the other thread I made. It was gated behind Regina's gig where you go steal that laptop from her friend who left town. The one underneath the ripperdoc's shop, full of Scavs. The place you actually find Sandra's data shard. Until I actually unlocked that mission, it wouldn't show up. But that gig is like in her 3rd tier of gigs, and I had only done 2 gigs for her at the time of posting the question. The cyberpsycho stuff is a separate issue. But once I did enough gigs to unlock that specific one, as soon as I finished it, Sandra gave me a call. So that was the issue. I appreciate your post though.

It happened differently for me but similar. I got the message saying a new Contact has been added after completing the 13th gig. Sandra's mission came up fist and then Regina called. I was confused because after I got Sandra's stuff I kept seeing a yellow icon thing below. Anyways, I'm glad it worked out.

Yeah it's weird, I've seen a lot of janky things related to gigs since the DLC that I never experienced before. Like getting text messages related to gigs or events out of chronological order, or being stuck behind the base game content. Like a recent bug I encountered is if you try and talk to Misty once you've begun Tomorrow Never Knows (the tarot card mission for Dogtown) she just doesn't react at all. And the only way to unlock her, is to complete the Fool on the Hill gig first (the tarot card gig from the base game). So it seems like adding the new content has confused a few system flags for certain things.
