Things Done Changed Blackscreen (Bug)

As the title says: I'm receiving a blackscreen at the start of the "Things Done Changed" mission, which prevents me to finish the story.

SPOILERS AHEAD!
I've went through the entire story arch after siding with Reed (and betraying So Mi), up to the point where V wakes up in the hospital room where Reed tells her that the relic had been removed, but her implants don't work anymore. After exhausting all the dialog V rings the bell to get an AV back to NC.

Right after this point I always get a blackscreen, still able to hear traffic (V aparently is in a Delamain on her way to Victor).
I've read that that sometimes happen, and a possible fix is to reload an older savefile. So I replayed the hospital quest, but got the same result.

I went even further back and played through the entire story arch after V sides with So Mi and betrays Reed (I'd made a savefile right before that decicion..), only to end up with the same blackscreen (tried to alter some dialog options too, same result).

Kinda frustrating, as the quest ends up with an achievement. Hope this gets fixed in a future patch.

I can say that it is not fixed and i am still getting this black screen when i try to get through the mission

Same here, I reported the problem to CD Red. They "gather data on it". Last achievement for me, so it really is frustrating.

Sorry to hear the bug is still present for you guys, Patch 2.02 did fix it for me.
