I Have 13900k and a 4090
What fixed it:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
Delete EVERYTHING inside that folder. Do a file check, game will redownload missing files.
After this I could launch and play normally.
Also other fix that worked for players, I did not have to use it though.
https://www.gog.com/forum/cyberpunk_2077/a_fix_for_the_crashing
- Updated the game driver in Geforce Experience
- restarted the computer
- went to the folder with the game
- launched the launcher (without admin rights)
and I started the game without crashes
I don't think it's just an issue with the 13900K because I have a 7800X3D and I've been having constant crashes on 2.01. Had zero crashes on 2.0 during my entire 125 hour playthrough but now it crashes every 5-10 minutes.
I don't understand how this game is technically of the PlayStation 4 generation, yet it is an unstable, problematic broken mess on current generation consoles.
So all these crash reports are making me less worried.
