Bug: Behavioral Imprint-synced Faceplate

I got a bug with the "Behavioral Imprint-synced Faceplate" cyberware.

I upgraded it in a ripperdoc to "Iconic 5+" and now I can't use it anywhere.

im on gog and having the same issue. did u ever found a solution?

for future wanderers:
Go back to the ripper doc and install the original faceplate. When you upgrade it creates a new one and stores the original.
