Killing in the Name bug

Investigate the site from the Bartmoss Collective message. I went to V apartment the computer terminal screen is BLANK. how do i fix this. is this intended?

I had exactly the same issue few days ago (caused by the recent updates?). I think I got it working by going out (plus one floor down because it seems to be needed to flush the apartment environment)

I've had this issue a few times, but every time I did I got out of the computer/terminal and the screen was fine for the second and subsequent times

ok i found a solution to this bug. if anyone face this change the active quests in journal. do not track the killing in the name quest before returning to V's apartment.

i was tracking other quests instead and then return to V's apartment. luckily the computer terminal is no longer blank.
