"The information" BD sequence won't complete

I can't get the "scan yorinobu's phone while he's talking" task to complete no matter what I do. I have scanned the phone, the display shows its make an model, but the task on the quest does not complete, nor do I get any further tasks and thus am unable to complete the quest and progress in the game.

I'm seriously disappointed in my experience as a whole. The very first tutorial mission bugged also so that I was unable to complete the "dodge an attack 3 times", it just didn't register any dodges. Apparently this was already fixed before, but now with the 2.2 patch its broken again. It seems like their version control is effed and they have re-introduced bugs .. .or something. This is unacceptable crap. 3 hours and 2 game breaking bugs...

[EDIT] Loaded an old save, now the phone scanning completed immediately when the cursor hit the phone. So definitely bugged but at least I was able to complete the quest. Not very promising having to have to guess if I'm doing something wrong or if ♥♥♥♥ just doesn't work ...

I literally completed this mission this morning on the newest patch. Worked 100% fine.

It helps to pause the BD, and you have to get it right at the start (And be in the audio track/Green)

Yeah, I think the problem was that I went to analyze mode immediately before the big thingy entered the elevator. This made it so that T-Bug's lines didn't trigger and she said nothing up until that point. When I restarted, I let it play until she made some comment.
