Bug with Tiny Mike in the Afterlife.

Hi I found this bug in Act 2 with Tiny Mike sitting at the table. Not sure if this is the right place to report it.

Sadly they didn't fix this, he still does this sometimes... He literally has asked me to talk like 200 times in my current playthrough :/

Every damn time I walk past him. And then, when I'm leaving..."hey, we're not done talking here"...yes, yes we are. I've exhausted all your conversation options, and am just passing through on a job, ffs...
