Latest NVIDIA Driver Issue

Cyberpunk crashed and restarted my PC three times today. Did some research and it seems related to the latest drivers. I rolled back.

Rolled back to the previous driver version. The game is working just fine now

Same here. RTX 4090 and 5900X. Game worked flawlessly before, now when opening it, it causes full PC restart and BSOD.

Yeah, people need to stay clear from 572.16

It's especially ironic considering that the game's launcher flashes a big yellow banner at the bottom warning us that our drivers are "outdated" and that we should get the latest.

They really ought to remove it until it is actually stable.

Same problem here with an RTX 4080 and 0 mods full vanilla.

But the problem is not the drivers, it is the game, the problem started since update 2.2 (change car color) not 2.21 (DLSS 4).

Edit* btw we gotta be careful not saying anything bad about the game cuz moderators delete comments here, so yeah, this game is amazing... when it runs.

I never upgraded to 572.16. Still got the 566.36 Nvidia driver but the game still crashes...

Managed to solve my crashing problem by right clicking on the game in my Steam library.
Properties---> Installed files---> Verify integrity of game files.
I got no crashes since then.
