Stuttering after this patch
There appears to be some random stutters going on when initiating things like shooting NPC's or just crashing into things with cars.
Those did not happen before.

Yes, I noticed it too, I am using DLSS 4 transformer model with frame generation; but I haven't bothered to try it out without any DLSS. I have plenty of performance headroom.

I think disabling frame generation may fix it, i run a 4080 with path tracing at 4k.
But on my OLED screen 1440p doesn't even look bad at all, so simply could use that and disable framegen.
I don't think it is explicitly clear that the game uses the newest DLSS frame gen since the 5090 hasn't launched. I would imagine the 5090 driver release might improve the situation. Even with my 4080 Super, frame gen is a must.

Disabling FrameGen and NVIDIA reflex improves frametime consistency, but the game still appears to have some random stuttering.
Almost like Unreal Engine traversal stutter, but it never had that before.

driver update is only for the MFG, it won't optimize DLSS4 for you because it was optimized with the previous driver from before.
Same with me, I have a lot of crashes and random stutterings after the update

Yeah the DLSS 4 is so bad... like really really bad.. Horrendous input lag mixed with horrible image quality... Smearing and blurryness mixed with Input lag and stutters.. You're not the only one...
I just selected the old DLSS model and all the random stutters went away. It does feel like the U4 stutter. Hopefully they fix

The new driver is the culprit.... roll back.
I'm on older nvidia drivers 566.14 and I can confirm that this game has UE5 like traversal stutter since the newest update on my 9800x3d 4080 Super system. Great new feature, thx CDProject.

I have also some stutter with my rtx 5080 and 9800x3d with multi frame gen x3 activated, running only dlss4 with transformer model without multiframe gen runs smother

I did this vid almost 3 weeks ago. If you see any traversal stutter like UE5 let me know.

lol g4u buddy. don't forget to wipe the nut off your lip
My point was the update did not create new stutters. Look at your gpu drivers especially nvidia. 570 drivers causing all sorts of issues.

I explicitly said that I don't use 572xxx drivers and that I'm still on 566.14.
