This is Nvidia issue not game issue at this point, so best course of action if you have this issue, is to revert to previous drivers version until a fix is released.
Using something like dlss swapper you can still access the transformer model by using the former or older driver. The problem is that the new driver gives like 10-12 fps boost when using frame gen compared to the old. AFAIK cyberpunk is the only game which has gotten this horrible frame gen, frame time problem.
