"Somewhat Damaged" quest line is bugged at the end. [SPOILERS]

So I was doing the Phantom Liberty main quest and chose to betray So Mi at the end but when I beat the robot and went inside the Core, I exhausted the dialogue from So Mi and ultimately choose to kill her but the cutscene doesn't happen and I just stare at her, even when I choose to spare her, the same thing happens, just nothing.

I do play with mods but after replaying the flashback sequence of So Mi's previous life with nod mods, I still get the bug at the end. I need help.
