some settings missing descriptions/broken ui

I'm not sure if it's some mods that did it but since 2.2 update some settings have <not localized> written instead of what it is, including the upscaling choices and frame generation. The game works fine though, just that I never know which of those options I chose. Anyone has similar experience and fixed it?
