2.2 update... just wont update

steam will validate the game files, it'll get to about 85/90% done with the patch, then just randomly starts itself over??? any advice is helpful

Have you tried restarting Steam?

If it didn't help then unfortunately a clean game install may be needed:

Uninstall the game from Steam.
Delete the game folder:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077
This will delete all your mods, if you have any.
Try installing the game again.

If that didn't work either, then repeat the above and then clear the Download Cache in Steam Settings->Downloads
Try installing the game again.

i have same problem waiting for hours patching i get to 80%+ lol guess fresh install only way....hope it works

have you tried clearing the download cache? steam ->settings->downloads
