Well after talk with bennet i cant untransform myself.

I had that happen myself.
I had a quick save just before I transformed, made sure I DIDN'T put on her clothing outfit, and it didn't bug.

yeah, it's a bug, acknowledged by the devs. You can get around it by choosing the dialogue options that lead to fighting Bennet.
Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, though.

ah, I haven't seen that mentioned as a fix, but I do feel the outfit stuff is behaving a bit weirdly, so it wouldn't surprise me if it had an effect. I just assumed you had to put it on for the disguise to work.

You don't need the suit equiped, to talk to Bennet.
The transformation worked fine without it.
Didn't bug.
Changed back afterwards normally.
