Why the heck is Judy's apartment always locked?

I did the sexy time with her, got the shotgun from her apartment and her apartment is classified as one of my apartments in the map filters, but every time i go there and ring the bell it just says busy Bros is she cheating on me??? >:(

I'll have to check again but i've never seen a prompt on the door, only the bell. It just rings then says busy. I've tried both before and after she texts me saying she's not busy anymore for the " I really want to stay at your house" quest, but when i go there i can never get in

I tried to tell Judes, We should be up from and tell you together byt she said you didnt have much time left and eventually wouldn't be a problem anymore

After you go diving with her and you successfully start a relationship with her, she'll give you the key to her apartment the following morning.

Once Judy has given V access to the apartment, you always access via the bell (as you've indicated you've tried).

It sounds like your game is bugged, to be honest. I cannot think of a reason that Judy's apartment enters the locked state after you've completed her story. The only remote thing I can think of is that you're in-between the arranging the rendezvous and meeting her portions of the "I Really Want to Stay at Your House" side quest (in which case, you just have to meet her where you arranged to and it should reset).

Yeah it must be because i've tried going over there during ever part of Stay at your House quest, before and after as well.

Funny enough I didn't install any mods until after i sexed Judy and did the Stay at your house Questline, after that point i started installing the delorean car mod and Judy Romance enhanced
