Dakota is missing and I cant complete GIG: NO FIXERS

The mission is telling me to go talk to Dakota (badlands fixer lady) and when I show up, she's just not there. I cant call her, I cant text her, she's just entirely missing from my game. This is obviously a bug, but does anyone know how to fix it?

she's usually in the back left hand corner of her garage in the Rocky Ridge plains.

I know, shes typically sitting in her chair. her chair is empty. its like she never existed.

Maybe something got bugged since she is supposed to be standing up for this gig.

Got any save prior to the gig so that you can try doing it again?

not if i want to lose 30 hours of progress. i also tried that already. my current hope is that i advance panams quest enough to force spawn her

No Fixers is a rescue op, right?

If you haven't started the gig: you may need to look through Previously Read texts to make sure you didn't miss something from Dakota and/or just head to the gig location and see if it activates.

If you've completed the bulk of the gig: Deliver Tanner (and her van, if you're driving it) to Dakota's garage. Reload prior autosaves if you've already dropped her off and stuck in limbo, here.

Man -that's crazy. Sorry... Yeah, Tanner is supposed to go in and talk to Dakota with you... that sucks.
