Can't pickup items, gamebreaking bug

So this started to evolve little by little and nothing fixes it. I started a new game, fresh start and now when in the end of prologue just before the heist mission I cannot pick up items from the ground/wherever anymore.

First it was just that the random component chests, big chests and whatnot were outlined as lootable object (when scanning) but I was not able to loot those, here and there this happened... no biggie moved on.

But then this just started getting worse and worse until I was in the point that I couldn't loot anything from anywhere anymore.

This includes quest items.

The game is now broken, I cannot progress or do anything. Way past this happened (like 1 or 2 years ago) to doors but not loot.

No amount of reloading earlier save or anything helps. I logged to my other character save and this bug was now there too (which wasn't there earlier).

broken mods ?....................try verifying your game files ?
corrupted save ?.......................try new game.

I never use mods.

Have you tried the following:
Verify game files.
Set key bindings to default.
Update graphics drivers.

Yes. GOG keeps telling that drivers are not up to date but they are, this is a known issue which they wont fix.

I started this bug rn. Some doors invisible and glitching lol This never happened when I was playing the normal game, just on this boring dlc. I gave up today, Will see tomorrow if continues.
