[Bug] Ticket to the Major Leagues and Little China

Greetings,

I've been trying to complete the Cyberpsycho mission Ticket to the Major Leagues recently, but it seems that I'm unable to even reach it.

Whenever I arrive in the mission's area which is Little China, my entire video-game begins breaking down at an alarming speed :

1) textures automatically degrade from Ultra all the way down to Low
2) elements of the scenery fail to spawn in but retain a physical presence (rails, lamp posts, trash cans...)
3) NPCs and vehicles no longer spawn in, but the few that remain within line of sight become extremely ugly and are no longer interactable with
4) the map and inventory no longer show up and instead display the message "Loading..." on the right side of my monitor
5) all sounds and musics stop playing, the world gradually becomes silent
6) any save file created when these glitches begin to occur are corrupted and remain like that even if I relocate V to another district

I've an AMD Radeon 7900 XT as my graphics card. I've tried to lower my graphical settings all the way down to the lowest category available, but even with that done my video-game keeps glitching hard and even achieves "Potato Laptop" levels of graphical horror.

So what gives? Has someone encountered such a game-breaking salvo of glitches? If yes, how have you fixed it? Is it related to the mission "Ticket to the Major Leagues" or the entire area itself?

Someone has suggested to me that I should downgrade AMD FSR 3.0 to its 2.1 version or even turn it off altogether. I've tried that, the results remain the same as my video-game breaks down whenever I step inside Little China.
