Unhandled Exception error [Please Help]

Whilst playing CP2077 my game runs smoothly no issues whatsoever until about 15 minutes or so where my game flatlines. In the Crash report it states there is an unhandled exception error. This happens no matter which area I am in and even if I am AFK.

Seen many reports of people having this issue and solutions offered. Here is what I have tried based on other suggestions.
-Clean Install
-Verify integrity of files
-Windows scans
-Nvidia Driver Uninstall/Re-install
-Clear DX12 Cache
-Removing all overlay
-Managing save files
-Repairing all c++
-Disconnecting Bluetooth devices
-Run as admin

My Computer is new and the specs are 4070ti super, 7800X3D, 32GB DDR5

If anybody could give suggestions to try for fixing the issue that would be amazing.
If not any Help on how to diagnose what may be causing this issue whether its faulty hardware or so on would be appreciated.

Edit - Also forgot to mention I play vanilla have not added a single mod.

Do you have anything overclocked? This game tends to hate that.
Which Nvidia drivers are you on? The latest ones are known to be problematic in general. Try to rollback to version 566.33.

Thank you so much for this it seems having expo on my ram was causing the issue as I turned this off and have been able to play for a couple hours no crashing tysm
